DattoCon is Datto’s biannual partner conference held in the US and Europe. The 2021 event was scheduled to take place in Seattle, which heavily influenced the look and feel of the brand. When it was announced that the event would shift to a virtual experience in response to the pandemic, our Creative Services Team had to quickly pivot to develop a new brand and to craft an experience with the same energy attendees are used to experiencing in person. As Lead Designer, I created the new visual identity, including the logo, color palette, brand patterns, photo treatments, and more. I designed a new template for virtual “booths,” collaborated with a UI Designer to brand the online event platform, and art directed Designers to create promotional ads and social graphics.

MSP Marketing & Sales Day

 

A key finding in Datto’s 2020 Global State of the MSP Research Report was that Managed Service Providers (MSPs) find sales and marketing to be a top barrier to business success. In response, Datto hosted the first ever MSP Marketing & Sales Day, a virtual event for Go-To-Market subject matter experts to share tricks, techniques, and best practices that facilitate revenue growth. As Lead Designer, I created the visual identity for the event, branded the online platform, and designed all social graphics, paid ads, and presentation decks.
